If you're looking for a well-located, conveniently accessible property close to the MTR, this is your ideal base in Hong Kong. Strictly no photography or filming on the premises without our prior permission. A fine of HK$10,000 will be imposed if any violation is discovered. Please select the correct number of guests at the time of booking. All occupants must be declared regardless of whether they are staying overnight. Should the actual number of occupants be found to exceed the declared number, a surcharge of HK$500 per additional guest will be applied. Please take note of the following terms and conditions: Please keep your room key safe. If the key is lost or the door lock becomes inoperable due to guest mishandling, no additional lockout assistance will be provided between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. Should additional lockout assistance be required between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, an administrative fee of HK$600 will be charged, payable in cash. Thank you. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A deep-cleaning fee of HK$2,000 will be charged for any violation. As this property is located in the city centre, some ambient noise from the surrounding area is to be expected. This property may not be suitable for guests who require an extremely quiet environment. *Prior to check-in, you are required to submit your identification document for verification, along with any relevant travel documents.* *Bed linen may be drying on a rack as part of our cleaning process.
